| 保持粮食综合生产能力对于保证重庆粮食生产具有重大意义。文章从耕地保护、农业基础设施建 设、农业技术推广、农民积极性、农业减灾等方面分析了重庆市粮食综合生产能力保护现状，对保护粮食 综合生产能力的政策措施进行了评价，最后提出建立和完善粮食综合生产能力的保护机制。 |

| It is very important to keep the grain comprehensive productivity of Chongqing for grain safety. This pa- per analyzed the current situation of the grain comprehensive productivity from the aspects of cultivated land protec- tion， agricultural infrastructure construction， agricultural technique extension， the farmers' positivity and agricultur- al disaster reduction. Based on the evaluation of the protecting grain comprehensive productivity policies， it carried out the protection mechanism of constituting and consummating the grain comprehensive productivity. |
