| 北京市生态涵养发展区，是北京的生态屏障和水源保护地，是保证首都可持续发展的关键区域。 目前，涵养区面临着涵养和发展的双重目标，而乡村旅游作为一种新的旅游业态，已逐渐成为涵养区的特 色产业，对农民增收有重要的促进作用。该文综合分析了北京市生态涵养发展区乡村旅游的发展概况，包 括总体发展水平、结构与布局、特征等。另外，基于特色和品牌、基础设施、土地政策等提出了建议。 |

| Beijing ecological conservation development area is Beijing's ecological barriers and water conservation area. It's the key region ensuring sustainable development of the capital. At present， the conservation district is fa- cing with dual objectives: conservation and development. Rural tourism， as a new type of tourism， plays an impor- tant part in increasing the farmers' income， and it has gradually become the characteristic industry in conservation district. In this paper， we analyzed the overview of rural tourism development in Beijing ecological conservation de- velopment area， including the overall level of development， the structure and layout， the characteristics， etc. In addition， some recommendations were proposed， based on the characteristics and brand， infrastructure， land poli- cy， etc. |
