关于湖南休闲农业与乡村旅游建设规划的思考

摘要:

摘 要 湖南休闲农业与乡村旅游发展态势虽然良好，但存在休闲农业整体效益偏低、农民增收乏力、从 业人员文化素质整体较低、公共基础设施较差、产品缺乏特色与档次品味不高等诸多问题，文章提出了以 农业产业带动支撑休闲农业与乡村旅游健康稳定发展的思路，并从提高认识与重视规划工作、组建规划队 伍、提高实施主体在规划中的参与度等方面制定了保障高质量规划成果的措施。

Abstract:

Abstract The development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Hunan showed good tendency， but some problems still existed. For example， the overall benefit of the leisure agriculture was low， the income increase of the peasantry was still difficult， the culture qualities of employees were low， public infrastructure development fell behind， products lacked of features， grades were not high， and so on. This paper proposed a new idea to promote the healthy development of the leisure agriculture and rural tourism with the support of the agricultural industry， and provided some measures to ensure the high quality planning results from the aspects of raising awareness and paying attention to the planning work， organizing the team of planning， and getting subjects more involved in plan- ning， etc.
