| Abstract Pleurotus nebrodensis（Inzengae） Quél， a variety which China posses independent intellectual property and has a clear origin of the species， is very popular in customers because of unique flavor， delicate texture， rich nutrition and health functions， and hence the cultivated area become more and more large. In this paper， some as- pects of Pleurotus nebrodensis（Inzengae） Quél， such as cultivation history， current situation of industrial develop- ment， market prospects and problems in cultivation， were analyzed and expounded， and some countermeasures were proposed for the rapid development of its industry. |
