摘要:

农地流转已成为台州市提高农业产业发展水平、解决人多地少问题的重要途径。该文在调查的基 础上，分析了浙江省台州市农地流转现状和成效，总结了农地流转基本经验，找出了流转过程中所存在的 问题，提出了4项对策措施

Abstract:

Agricultural land transfer has become an important way to improve the agricultural development level and solve the contradiction between a big population and deficient land area in Taizhou city. Based on the field sur- vey， this paper analyzed the current situation and effect of land transfer， summed up the basic experience， found the problems existing in the land transfer， and finally put forward four countermeasures.
