| Abstract: |
| The method of principal component analysis was used for quantitatively assessing the driving forces of collective construction land transfer， while the basic characteristics of collective construction land transfer were deeply discussed. The results revealed that economic benefits， economic development and policy guidance were all the key driving factors. And then this paper， based on the results， put forward some countermeasures such as im- proving the operating mechanism， cultivating the service system and improving the regulatory system to promote col- lective construction land transfer more efficient. |
