| 渔业是天津农业的重要组成部分和农业经济增长点，在进行农业结构调整的过程中，天津越来越 重视渔业开发建设，提出建设以设施渔业、生态渔业和休闲观光渔业为核心的沿海都市型现代渔业的发展 目标。该文对天津环城4区渔业资源禀赋和产业发展状况进行了分析与评价，在构建生态休闲型现代渔业 体系的框架下，有针对性地指明了4区现代渔业的发展方向与定位，并提出了促进四区现代渔业可持续发 展的对策建议。 |

| Fishery is an important part of agriculture and a point of economic growth in Tianjin. During the process of agricultural structure adjustment， Tianjin paid more and more attention to the fishery development and construc- tion， and set the development goal of building the urban modern fishery taking facilities-fishing， eco-fishing and leisure fishery as the core of modern fisheries. This paper analyzed and evaluated the endowment of resources and the situation of development of fishery in four districts around Tianjin city， pointed out the directions for the devel- opment of modern fishery under the frame of building a ecological recreational modern fishery system， and finally put forward some countermeasures for the sustainable development of modern fishery in these four districts. |
