配套及粮食产业布局要注意水土资源的节约等粮食布局与结构优化相应的对策建议。 |

need to stabilize food development,adjustment of food structure need to think about both the species and regional balance, the layout of food production need to support logistics process- ing industry, and the layout of food industry need to conserve land and water resources et al. |
