| This paper comprehensively summarized the achievements and basic experience in the work of the agri- cultural resources and regional planning during”11th five-year plan”， analyzed the main situation which the re- gional planning work faced during”12th five-year plan”， and proposed the basic ideas during”12th five- year plan” as well as 2011. The paper finally made a further discussion and improvement on the national agricul- tural resources regional planning. |
