| 自从2005年中央一号文件提出“进一步加强农村工作提高农业综合生产能力”以来，农业综合 生产能力问题得到了我国学术界和社会上的普遍关注。文章采用CALT模型，从农业生产的条件、能力、 水平及农业生产与农村经济发展的趋势等4个方面量化考察了甘肃省的农业综合生产能力，并分析了甘肃 农业综合生产能力发展的基本特征，提出了如何进一步提高甘肃省农业综合生产能力的对策建议。 |

| As an undeveloped province， Gansu lies in northwest china. Using the CALT（CONDITION -ABILI- TY-LEVEL-TENDENCY）model，The paper analyses the status in quo of overall agricultural productivity from four aspects including the condition、ability、level and tendency in Gansu province. In conclusion， the author of- fers some essential characteristics of overall agricultural productivity and the some suggestions that how to improve the overall agricultural productivity in Gansu. |
