| 休闲农业园区经过30多年的蓬勃发展，主管部门对其进行更加细致的、有针对性的分类管理愈加 重要。该文通过对北京市郊区休闲农业园的调查研究和分析，按照发展阶段、地域模式、经营主体、产业 结构、功能类型、产业数量、综合规模、功能和特点7种分类模式对休闲农业园进行类型划分，并结合案 例分析不同类型的特点，以期为休闲农业园开发建设提供参考，为农业部门对不同类型园区进行分类管理 提供决策依据。 |

| Based on the investigation and analysis of the leisure agriculture park in Beijing suburb， this article classified agriculture park according to the seven classification models such as stage of development， geographical pattern， business entities， industrial structure， feature types， business activities，comprehensive scale， and ana- lyzed the characteristics of these different types， aiming to provide reference for the development and construction of leisure parks， and also provide agricultural authorities basis for decision making. |
