| 探讨了城市景观设计中的“反规划”理念对于土地利用总体规划的借鉴意义，提出在土地利用总 体规划中适当揉入“反规划”理念的基本应用思路，并从规划概念、规划原则以及与传统规划的区别的角 度进行了分析，阐述了以城乡区域生态安全格局、粮食安全格局、建设用地合理布局的构建为核心的土地 利用总体规划内容。 |

| Abstract: |
| By introducing the research background and the literature review of the general land use planning， this paper analyzed anti-planning concept of the urban landscape design which can be applied into general planning of land use， and put forward the basic ideas to incorporate the concept into land use general planning. Meanwhile， it analyzed the meaning and principles of anti-planning as well as the differences between anti-planning and traditional planning， stated the main contents of land use general planning which taking the construction of the regional ecolog- ical security pattern， food security pattern and the rational construction land as a core. |
