| 滨海新区位于天津市区东部沿海，水域滩涂面积广阔，渔业发展迅速，工厂化养殖水平领先，现已成为天津市渔业发展的重点区域。随着新区开发开放进程的加快，现代渔业发展所需的水域空间不断萎缩，传统渔业亟待向多功能的都市型现代渔业方向转变。该文在滨海新区渔业发展现状的基础上，遵照《滨海新区城市总体规划》、《滨海新区土地利用总体规划》要求，结合滨海新区建设沿海都市型现代渔业的目标定位，着重研究现代渔业发展方向和空间布局，并提出推进现代渔业可持续发展的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| BinHai new area is located in the east coast of Tianjin where is full of water resources. Rapidly increase of fishery industry made this area to be the very important zone of fishing development in Tianjin. With the opening up of BinHai area， water resources required by modern fishery industry continuously had been decreasing， so the traditional fishery type was needed to transform to the multifunctional modern fishery type. On the basis of analyzing current situation of fishery industry within BinHai area， under the requirements of”City Overall Planning” and” Land Use Planning” of BinHai new area， combining with the developing direction and spatial arrangement of Bin- Hai modern fishery industry， this paper put forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of modern fishery. |
