| 保障粮食安全已经成为我国的国家发展战略。该文通过对改革开放以来我国粮食生产消费状况的 分析，认为我国粮食安全形势依然任重道远，并提出了必须实施严格的耕地保护制度、坚持依靠科技提高 单产的发展道路，努力降低粮食产后损失，充分利用政策手段调动粮农的生产积极性，从而达到保障国家 的粮食安全目标。 |

| Guaranteeing food security has become a national development strategy of China. This paper stated the food security in China was still critical through analyzing the statues of food production and consumption since the reform and opening up policy， and put forward some strategies for guaranteeing food security， such as strictly imple- menting the farmland protection policy， improving per unit area yield through the agricultural science and technolo- gy support， and arousing the grain farmers' enthusiasm using policy methods， etc. |
