| The project of agriculture comprehensive development， as the main capital source for specialized farmer cooperatives， played an important role in promoting the development of the specialized farmer cooperatives. Taking Zhejiang province as an example， the paper discussed the problems that appeared in the execution of the agriculture comprehensive development projects， and put forward some countermeasures. |
