农业污染减排途径及对策研究

摘要:

现阶段农业污染已经成为我国首要污染源。随着农业被纳入国家”十二五”主要污染物总量减排 控制范围，农业污染减排被提上日程。但相比工业减排，农业减排仍处于起步阶段，在人员、技术及体制 机制上都存在很多问题，加之农业源污染较为分散，实施减排难度更大。该文分析了当前农业污染减排存 在的主要问题，研究提出了农业污染减排的主要途径，并提出相关对策建议。

Abstract:

Recently agricultural pollution has become the primary source of pollution in China. When agriculture is incorporated in the control range for mitigating total emissions of major pollutants since the”Twelfth Five-Year Plan”， agricultural pollution mitigation is put on schedule. But compared to industrial pollution， agricultural pollu- tion reduction is still in its infancy which still has many problems in construction of personnel， technology and sys- tem. Meanwhile， it is very difficult to mitigate the agricultural source pollution due to the more dispersed pollu- tants. The paper analyzed the current main problems in agriculture pollution reduction， and put forward the main ways to reduce the agricultural source pollution and related countermeasures.
