| 城镇土地定级是对影响城镇土地质量的各种经济、社会、自然因素进行综合分析，按评价值划分 土地级。在全面收集影响高阳县城区土地级别因素资料的基础上，应用MAPGIS土地定级系统，编绘高阳 县城区土地定级因素图;再应用多因素综合评定法，根据影响因素的相似性和差异性初步评定城区各类用 地级别;利用土地市场交易资料测算和专家评议等多种方法相互验证、相互补充，最终确定土地级别。 |

| The urban land gradation is to divide the land according to the land evaluation value calculated by the comprehensive analysis of the economic， social， natural factors. Based on the comprehensive collection data that affected the gradation of Urban Land of Gaoyang， using the MAPGIS land classification system， Gaoyang urban land gradation factor maps were compiled; and then applying the multi-factor assessment， the various urban land-lev- els were assessed according to similarities and differences in the impact factors. The land levels were finally con- firmed by using the methods of mutual authentication and complement of the land market transactions estimation and expert appraisal. |
