| 山地未来的开发与发展状况决定全国现代化的实现及其水平。该文探讨了一元化、二元化、三元 化、四元化山区人地系统基本格局，异质人地结构类型下的功能区划、主体功能区与人地关系和地域系统 关系，人地关系系统优化的技术工程和山地文化特征，提出了建设山区信息化数据库、山地区域经济开发 和遵循工程哲学和经济科学融合的发展观。 |

| Abstract: |
| Mountain development determined the achievement of the national modernization. This paper discussed the basic pattern of Man-land system in the unified， normalize， ternary， quaternary mountain areas， as well as the function division under the heterogeneous Man-land structure， relationships among priority zones， Man-land， and regional system， the technical engineering of man-land relation system optimization and mountain culture char- acteristics. Finally， it put forward the science development view for the construction of information database， the development of mountain area economy， and the integration of the engineering philosophy and economy. |
