针对农作物生产风险的分析、评估、区划、保险费率厘定和赔付估算的研究及应用需求,提出了 基于COM组件技术和MATLAB、ArcGIS Server应用的软件系统设计方法,通过.NET平台开发出农作物风 险评估与区划系统,实现了我国不同地区、不同灾种、不同作物生产风险的分析、评估和区划等功能。结 果表明,该系统能够很好地完成以上功能并在很大程度上提高专业领域的研究效率。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at the research and application requirements of risk analysis, risk evaluation, insurance premi- um rate and compensate pays estimate, this paper put forward a software system design method based on the COM technology and Matlab, ArcGIS Server Application. It successfully accomplished the functions of risk analysis, e- valuation and regional planning in different counties, different disasters and different crops by the crop risk assess- ment and zoning system developed with .NET platform. The results showed that this system can satisfactorily com- plete the above function and improve the study efficiency of professional field. |
