| 科学合理地对土地综合整治项目进行分析和评价，对促进土地综合整治项目管理具有重要意义。 本文将标准样地概念引入到基于农用地分等标准样地成果体系的土地综合整治项目分析和评价中，分析了 标准样地在土地综合整治中的适用性，提出了基于标准样地的土地综合整治的定性评价和定量评价方法， 并将这两种方法应用到广西的右江河谷区，探讨其在土地综合整治项目各环节的分析与评价中应用方法。 结果表明，标准样地可以有效的建立土地综合整治中耕地质量控制标准和整理后耕地质量的评价，对土地 综合整治项目的实施管理有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| Scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation on the comprehensive land remediation projects played great significance in promoting the management of these projects. In this paper， the”standard plot” concept was introduced into the analysis and evaluation process. Firstly， the applicability of standard plot was analyzed during the process of land comprehensive remediation. And then， the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods were established for the implement the land comprehensive rehabilitation. At last， these two methods were applied in Youjiang valley region of Guangxi Province， to explore its applicability in the evaluation of the land comprehensive remediation. The results showed that the standard plot can effectively establish cultivated land quality control stand- ards and evaluate the land quality during and after the comprehensive land remediation projects. |
