统筹城乡发展是解决我国城乡发展不平衡、“三农”问题及缩小城乡差距的有效途径,而土地则 是实现城乡统筹发展的切入点和突破口。针对当前日益拉大的城乡发展差距问题,在总结国内外城乡统筹 中的土地利用研究基础上,从城乡统筹理论的演进,城乡关系,城乡统筹发展的内涵,城乡统筹研究现状 等4个方面对城乡统筹发展研究概况进行了论述,从城乡土地利用与规划,城乡土地资源优化配置,城乡 土地利用模式与政策等3个方面对统筹城乡土地利用研究概况进行了分析,并简要讨论了当前研究的不足 和下一步研究的方向。 |

Urban-rural integration development is an effective way to solve the problems of the imbalance in China's urban-rural development and the”agriculture-countryside-farmer” issue. Land plays an extraordinary role in a- chieving urban-rural integration development in China. Aiming at the increasing gap between urban and rural devel- opment in China, this paper summarized the domestic and international researches on land use in urban-rural inte- gration, and discussed the progress of urban-rural integration development, including the evolution of urban-rural integration theory, the relationship between urban and rural areas, the connotation of urban-rural integration devel- opment, and the study status quo. It also analyzed the progress of integrating urban-rural land use, including urban -rural land use and planning, urban-rural land resource's optimal allocation, and urban-rural land use model and policy. Finally, the deficiency of current research and development trend of future research were discussed. |
