| Agriculture is the basic industry in the poor areas， which plays an irreplaceable role in poverty allevia- tion and development. From the aspects of planning， industrial development， policy research， personnel training， etc.， this paper analyzed the problems existing in current agricultural poverty alleviation and development， dissec- ted the deep reason leading to these problems and put forward the policy suggestions to solve the problems. |
