食品安全问题已成为国内乃至国际关注的焦点。近年来,在国际食物形势严峻的情况下,我国食 品安全事件也频频发生,已充分暴露出我国食品安全管理体制中出现的问题。在此背景下,绿色食品质量 安全管理应尽快由目前的事后处理模式转变为事前防范模式,才能从根本上降低绿色食品品牌风险。该文 目的在于从宏观管理角度,建立绿色食品质量安全预警体系,对绿色食品可能发生的质量安全隐患信息进 行收集、分析和处置,做到防患于未然。 |

Food safety problems have become the focus of domestic and international attentions. In recent years, with the international food safety grim situation, China's food safety accidents occurred frequently which fully ex- posed the problem of food safety management system. The management mode of Chinese Greenfood safety should transfer from treatment to preventing. The paper established the early-warning system at the angle of macro manage- ment, and analyzed the possible risks of greenfood products' quality safety. |
