| 经济发展的今天，各国注重在保护自然资源的质量和其所提供服务的前提下，使经济发展的净利 益增加到最大限度。资源的可持续利用和生态环境的可持续性是可持续发展的重要保证。作为云南茶叶产 业支柱之一的普洱茶产业同样需要在原料资源的可持续利用的基础上，实现其可持续的发展。该文从影响 普洱茶产业可持续发展的现实因素入手进行分析，最终找出实现普洱茶产业可持续发展的途径。 |

| The sustainable utilization of resources and eco-environmental sustainability are the important guaran- tee for sustainable development. As one of the pillars of tea industry in Yunnan，Puer tea industry should achieve the sustainable development based on the perspective of sustainable utilization of raw material resources. This arti- cle analyzed the influence factors of puer tea industry， and put forward the way of realizing the sustainable develop- ment of Puer tea industry. |
