| 当前，失地农民问题已成为社会各界关注的热点问题。如何妥善安置失地农民，保证其收入稳定 或生计可持续，不仅事关失地农民自身利益，也关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。文章在对失地农民与失地农 民收入进行内涵界定的基础上，对失地农民征地补偿、就业、社会保障、财产性收入等方面研究内容进行 归纳、梳理并作了简要评述，指出了当前研究的不足和未来改进方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| At present， the lost-land peasants have become a hot concern in China society. How to properly resettle the lost-land peasants， and ensure their income stable or livelihood sustainable related not only the interests of peasants， but also the harmony and stability of the entire society. This paper defined the lost-land peasants and lost-land peasants' income， and summarized the studies related to land expropriation compensation， employment， social security and property income etc. Finally， it pointed out current shortage and modified direction in the fu- ture. |
