| 基于人多地少的基本国情，我国农业经营中的小农模式将长期存在。而小农经营模式的分散性、 脆弱性放大了石油化学农业的负外部性，使我国农产品质量安全处于高风险状况。生态农业具有增产、增 收、高效和环保的功能，是我国确保农产品质量安全的必然选择。因此，需要从多方面构筑小农基础上以 生态农业发展推动农产品质量安全的机制和条件。 |

| Abstract: |
| Because of the situation of more people and less land in our country， the small-scale peasant produc- tion mode in China will exist for a long time， which enlarged the negative externalities of petrochemical agriculture due to the dispersion and vulnerability， resulting in the agricultural products quality and safety in high-risk condi- tions. Ecological agriculture has not only environmentally friend features but also the function of increasing produc- tion， income and efficient， and thus it is the inevitable choice for China to ensure quality and safety of agricultural products. Therefore， it is necessary to build mechanisms and favorable conditions for ecological agriculture so as to promote quality and safety of agricultural products. |
