| 通过参考相关数据，运用因子分析法，选取中东西部6省市的11项指标和江西省农产食品加工业 竞争能力进行实证分析。结果证明，江西农产食品加工业竞争力在全国范围内仍属中下游水平，与目前江 西省整体经济发展现状相符，但发展趋势良好，只要通过产业集群形成产业规模，配以相应的政策措施， 江西农产食品加工业整体竞争力必将得到快速提升。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the evaluation indicator system comprised of 11 indexes of 6 East-West provinces， this paper analyzed large-scale agri-food processing industry competitiveness in Jiangxi province by the principal components factor analysis method. The results showed that competitiveness of Jiangxi agri-food processing industry was relative- ly weak， which was in accord with Jiangxi's economic development. If only promoting the industrial scale by taking industrial cluster with relative policies and regulations， it would promote Jiangxi agri-food processing industry com- petitive power. |
