该文以H-O资源禀赋理论为依据,运用综合比较优势指数法,利用2001~2011年全国29个省区市的甜瓜及瓜果类作物生产数据,选取规模比较优势指数、效率比较优势指数和综合比较优势指数3个指标对中国甜瓜生产区域比较优势进行了测度与分析,并从地理区域和省域层面进一步划分了现阶段中国甜瓜产业的优势主产区。结果显示:按地理区域划分,西北地区、东北地区、华中地区和华东地区是我国甜瓜生产比较优势最为显著的区域。按照省域划分,新疆、河南、山东、黑龙江、吉林、江苏、湖南、内蒙古等8个省区市在甜瓜生产方面具有综合比较优势。最后,文章提出了加快发展区域化、规模化、专业化生产,深入强化科技创新,建立和推广现代高效栽培技术体系,进一步推进品牌建设等促进中国甜瓜产业科学合理布局,健康快速发展的政策建议。 |

Based on the H O resource endowment theory, the Comprehensive Comparative Advantage Indices (CCAI), ie., Scale Comparative Advantage (SCA), Efficient Comparative Advantage (ECA), Comprehensive Comparative Advantage (CCA), were used to calculate regional comparative advantage of Chinese muskmelon production by utilizing related production data from 2001—2011, and the preponderant areas were divided from regional and provincial levels. The results showed: In accordance with the division of geographic regions, northwest, northeast, central and east of China all had a comparative advantage of muskmelon production. In accordance with the division of provinces, these eight provinces, Xinjiang, Henan, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Jiangsu, Hunan, Inner Mongolia had a comparative advantage in the production of muskmelon. Finally, this paper proposed countermeasures to promote scientific regional layout and rapid development of Chinese muskmelon industry, which included accelerating the development of regionalization, large scale, specialized production, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, establishing modern efficient cultivation technology system, and promoting brand construction. |
