贵阳市生态环境资源承载能力分析

摘要:

贵阳市是“黔中经济区”的核心区。在城市扩容、经济快速发展过程中，水、土地、生态环境等资源将承受较大压力。文章从水资源总量、用水量及水资源供需平衡的角度分析了贵阳市水资源的承载力，计算出水资源承载力系数值：2015年1.237,2020年为1.085，均大于1，,处于合理的承载范围。采用人-粮关系模型计算出土地资源承载力为419.41万人，土地资源承载指数为1.0311，人口超载率为3.11%，土地资源处于临界超载状态。采用《生态环境状况评价技术规范（试行）》（HJ/192-2006）提供的方法,分析计算了贵阳市的生物丰度指数\植被覆盖指数\水网密度指数\土地退化指数和污染负荷指数,最后计算出生态环境质量指数为55,按生态环境质量分级标准得出了贵阳市生态环境质量评价等级为“良”的结论,并提出了增强生态环境资源承载能力的措施和建议。

Abstract:

Guiyang is in the core area of the central Guizhou Economic Zone.In the process of urban expansion and rapid economic development,water,land,ecological environment,resources have been facing greater pressure.From the aspects of total water resources,water demands and water balance between supplies and demands,this article analyzed the bearing capacity of the water resources,and calculated the carrying capacity coefficient of water resources,which was 1.237 in 2015,and 1.085 in 2020,within the range of reasonable bearing.According to the calculation of Man-Grain relationship model,the land re-sources carrying capacity was 419.41 million,land resource carrying index was 1.0311,and population overload rate was 3.11%.Carrying capacity of land resources was in a critical overload condition.Using the provided method by" Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation (Trial Implementa-tion)" (HJ/192—2006),it analyzed and calculated the biological index,vegetation index,density index of the water network,land degradation index and the pollution load index in Guiyang City.The ecological environment quality index was 55 that indicated the ecological environment quality evaluation grade in Guiyang city was" good".This paper finally proposed measures and recommendations to improve the bearing capacity of the ecological environment resources.
