新疆生产建设兵团农业产业化龙头企业发展问题研究

RESEARCH ON HOW TO DEVELOP LEADING ENTERPRISES OF AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIALIZATION IN XINJIANG PRODUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION CORPS

摘要:

农业产业化是我国农业发展的必然选择，发展农业产业化龙头企业是促进农业产业化的重要途 径。目前，新疆生产建设兵团农业产业化龙头企业发展迅猛，涌现不少国家级、兵团级重点龙头企业，创 造了自治区级和国家级知名品牌。但龙头企业的整体实力较弱，在农业产业化经营过程中存在企业竞争力 不强、科技创新不足、品牌结构不合理及龙头企业人才匮乏、品牌意识弱、品牌结构不合理、融资渠道单 一等问题。对此，兵团应加大对龙头企业扶持的力度，并加大对龙头企业的金融支持力度;龙头企业应与 农户建立牢固的利益联结机制，加大科技投入，并制定吸引人才政策，加强品牌建设，促进龙头企业品牌 化发展，扩大信贷支持，扩展融资渠道等。

Abstract:

Agricultural industrialization is an inevitable choice for China's agricultural development，and the devel- opment of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises is an important way to promote the industrialization of ag- riculture. At present，the agricultural industrialization leading corporations in the Xinjiang Production and Con- struction Corps develop sharply，many national and corps-level leading enterprises emerged and created some au- tonomous regions and national levels of well-known brands. But the leading enterprises in the process of develop- ment of agricultural industrialization enterprise competitiveness still had disadvantages，such as lack of scientific and technological innovation，irrational brand structure and lack of personnel in leading enterprises， and so on. As a result，the paper suggested that the Corps should increase efforts to support leading enterprises，increase finan- cial support， establish a solid mechanism linking benefits between leading enterprises and farmers，increase invest- ment in science and technology，and develop measures to attract talent.
