该文以资源节约型农业内涵为切入点,运用层次分析和专家调查相结合的方法,从水、土地等各 类资源的丰度与利用两个方面构建了一套资源节约型农业的综合评价指标体系。根据指标体系选取了山东 省2001~2010年的相关数据,分析了农业生产中各类农业资源利用水平及趋势和对资源节约型农业的支撑 度。研究结果表明,各类农业资源中,人力资源利用水平的提高最显著,其余依次是水资源、科技和资金、 土地资源。化学化农资的利用水平变化平缓且最近几年略有上升,能源、机械的利用效率持续下降;各类 农业资源支撑度方面,人力资源和水资源对资源节约型农业建设支撑作用明显,土地资源、科技和资金这 类资源支撑作用不显著,能源机械和化学化农资这两类农业资源对资源节约型农业的发展具有一定的阻碍 作用。 |

Based on the connotation of resource-saving agriculture, using the methods of AHP and Delphi, this paper constructed an evaluation index system for the resource-saving agriculture from the abundance and utilization of several resources such as water and land. It selected the related data in Shandong from 2001 to 2010 according to the index system, analyzed the support degree and the utilization level of different kinds of agricultural resources. As a result, the utilization level of human resource is the highest, the following was water, technology and capital, and land resource. The use of chemical products changed gentle and had risen slightly in recent years, energy and mechanical efficiency was declining. For the agricultural resources support degree, human resource and water re- source contributed greatly to the agriculture, the effects of land resource and technology and capital were not signifi- cant, energy and machinery and chemical products had negative influence on the agriculture. |
