黑龙江省特色浆果观光园景观规划设计初探

摘要:

随着生活水平的提高和科学技术的进步，人们对于食品的追求逐渐向保健养生方向转变，高营养、高抗性、无污染的果树新种类--第三代水果（特色浆果）成为消费的热点。该文借助黑龙江省发展特色浆果观光园的资源优势，通过实地调研、案例搜集及前期资料分析等多种渠道，归纳其适合开发利用的主要种类，并从花果观赏、保健功效、经济作用和园林用途方面研究各个种类的景观特性。继而深入探讨浆果这一特殊性下观光园的植物景观规划设计和人文景观规划设计，力求营造一个生态良好、美观经济、保健养生的基址环境。在此理论基础上，进行小兴安岭蓝莓科技园的案例设计，在充分理解场地后进行总体规划和功能分区。规划内容突出其景观和活动随时间变化呈现出不同、塑造蓝莓品牌景观、融入农业养生文化的创新之处，以期为黑龙江省发展休闲农业旅游提供新的思路和方向。

Abstract:

With the improvement of living standards and the progress of science and technology，people change the direction towards the health care functional food graduallyNow，the new species of fruit（Berry）with high-nutrition，high resistance，and non-pollution，are becoming a hot spot of consumptionBased on the preponderance of berry tourist orchard resource in Heilongjiang province，this article summarized its main species suitable for the development and utilization through field investigation，case collection，preliminary data analysis，and other channelsThen it studied the landscape characteristics from ornamental value，health benefits economic role and landscape utilityAfterwards，the study explored the planning and design of berries plants and human landscape，and strived to create a good ecological，beautiful and healthy condition.Finally，it made the case study in Xiaoxing′anling blueberry Sci-tech park based on the above theoryConsidering the condition of site factors，the innovation of the planning was that it put emphasis on different landscapes and activities，blueberry brand landscapes，and culture of health preservation.Finally，new idea and new direction of developing leisure agriculture tourism in Heilongjiang province were proposed.
