摘要:

我国已成为世界上芦笋种植面积最大的生产和出口国，国际影响力不断提升，然而却不是芦笋生产强国。该文通过定性和定量研究方法相结合以及调查和文献研究法，对我国芦笋现状及产业布局进行分析，发现产业快速发展的背后，我国芦笋存在产业缺乏完整的布局规划； 小农生产模式普遍，未形成规模化、产业化、基地化； 芦笋加工企业小而散，深加工程度不够； 产业技术研发体系滞后，未真正形成产、学、研协同创新发展等问题，这些都严重阻碍了我国芦笋产业竞争力的提升。提出了正视这些瓶颈，以优化芦笋产业布局为着力点之一，提出重力打造湖北黄陂﹑山西永济﹑山东曹县﹑福建东山等四大芦笋产业基地； 构建芦笋产业八大集群，形成产业规模、集群优势； 推进重点加工企业基地建设，打造中国芦笋知名品牌； 推进产、学、研协同创新发展，加快产业技术研发体系建设等方面的对策建议。

Abstract:

China has become the largest asparagus planting area in the world, and the international influence is increasingly improving, but the asparagus industry has deficient competitiveness. In this paper, firstly, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods and investigation and literature research methods, it analyzed the present situation of asparagus industry layout and some problems behind the rapid development, which hindered the competitiveness of the asparagus industry. For example, the asparagus industry was deficient in complete layout planning, the phenomenon of small-scale production mode was popular and had not become scaled, industrialized and base production, the asparagus processing enterprises were small and scattered lack of deep processing, the industrial technology research and development system was lag. .At last, based on the existing problems in the industrial layout of asparagus in china, this article put forward some countermeasures for optimizing the layout, such as establishing four-asparagus industry base, i.e., Huangpi Hubei ,Yongji Shanxi , Caoxian Shandong , Dongshan Fujian; Building eight-asparagus industry cluster to form industrial scale and the advantage of cluster; Promoting processing enterprises base construction and asparagus well-known brands; Promoting the development of production, study and research collaborative innovation; Speeding up the development of the industrial technology research and development system.
