中国转基因大豆产业资源与发展路径研究

摘要:

国产大豆面临技术受阻、生产能力下降、相对成本日益升高的现状, 其产业发展受到了严重制约, 因此适时推广转基因大豆种植、提高大豆单产产能、缩小大豆贸易逆差成为了当前产业界关注的焦点。文章分析了大豆产业现状、挖掘了转基因大豆的产业资源, 从而提出了转基因大豆产业的发展路径。指出转基因大豆产业资源优势在于: 长期以来大豆生产经验的积累和消费习惯的养成、大豆主产区优越的生产条件和加工能力、居民食用和产业加工需求催生的市场前景以及政府的政策支持和有效监管。同时指出中国转基因与非转基因大豆共生共存的发展路径为发挥地缘优势开展集群化生产, 以市场需求为导向推进高产节能大豆的研发, 规范农业生产保障其生态安全, 发挥政策导向及宣传效力以指导其产业健康发展。

Abstract:

Natural soybean industry been hindered by technology limitation which lead to lower production with higher input.As a consequence，transgenic soybean could be seen as a good out-way for improving industry situation.It could help to make production better，advert trade deficit.Based on soybean industry situation，this article study on the resources faced by transgenic soybean in China and path decision for future development.The research results that the advantages of transgenic soybean are：the accumulation of production experiences from farmers and consumption habit of citizens，marvelous soil fertility and processing ability in North-east plain，huge requirement from edible and processing，powerful policy support and supervision from government； and the path decision of transgenic soybean industry being discussed，stated that industry development should get used of industry advantage to pursue cluster development，promote technology research on high yield and input saved soybean，regulate soybean plant and production to secure ecologic safe，strength policy guidance and propaganda to lead industry development and so onAll those could be meaningful for transgenic soybean industry development.
