在快速城镇化进程中,提高城镇化质量是当务之急。文章基于城镇化质量的基本内涵和国内相关研究,以福建省为例,从经济发展质量、社会发展质量、生态环境质量、空间发展质量、城镇化效率、城乡协调度等6个方面构建了福建省城镇化质量评价指标体系,利用熵值法对福建省9个地市的城镇化质量进行综合测度。通过系统聚类将全省9地市划分为城镇化质量较高地区、城镇化质量中等地区和城镇化质量较低地区,其中厦门市为城镇化质量较高地区,莆田、福州、漳州、宁德和泉州市为中等质量地区,南平、三明和龙岩市为城镇化质量较低地区。评价结果表明:福建省9地市的城镇化质量参差不齐,空间差异显著,城镇化质量主要由东南沿海向西北内陆递减。其中,厦门市的城镇化质量在全省中形成突出一极,与其它地市拉开较大的差距,而福州市作为福建省省会,在城镇化质量评价中表现平平。 |

REGIONAL DIFFERENCE OF URBANIZATION IN FUJIAN PROVINCE |

During the process of urbanization, it is urgent to improve the quality of urbanization. Based on the domestic research and the basic connotation of urbanization quality, the paper elaborated a quality evaluation index system on urbanization of Fujian Province from 6 aspects, namely the economic development quality, the social development quality, the ecological and environmental quality, the spatial development quality, the urbanization effectiveness and the urban-rural harmony. Then it took the entropy method to measure the urbanization quality of Fujian Province comprehensively. According to the results, the 9 cities in Fujian Province were classified into three categories by system clustering: 1) relatively high quality urbanization regions, such as Xiamen; 2) medium quality urbanization regions, including Putian, Fuzhou, Zhangzhou, Ningde and Quanzhou; 3) relatively low quality urbanization regions, including Nanping, Sanming and Longyan. The results indicated that the urbanization quality of 9 cities in Fujian Province was significantly uneven. Totally it was higher in the southeastern coastal cities than that in the northwest area. The quality of urbanization in Xiamen was the highest in the province, but Fuzhou,as the capital of Fujian Province, had relatively low level of quality of urbanization. |
