如何发展循环农业是当前学界研究的热点,而构建循环农业系统是一个难点。传统上,循环农业被看做是一个闭环的互相消纳利用废弃物的循环链条,以此为理论基础构建的循环农业难以将生态、经济和社会效益有效统一。实质上,循环农业是一个自然-经济-社会组成的网络系统,由此需要运用系统理论研究循环农业的构建。毕节地区秀水单元烟草循环农业的案例表明:以系统理论为基础构建的循环农业系统,充分利用生物间协同共生、相生相养的特性,生态流与价值流耦合,达到生态效益、经济效益与社会效益的有效统一。该系统包括以循环农业园为主体的小循环系统、循环农业项目区为主体的中循环系统和与循环农业区外联结的大循环系统。小循环系统提高资源利用效率,减少废弃物排放; 中循环系统与循环农业园量能互补、区园融合; 大循环系统包括农业生产子系统、加工业子系统和居民生活消费子系统,形成一个完整和闭合的生态产业网络。 |

How to develop the circular agriculture becomes a hot issue of academic research, and it is more difficult to establish a circular agriculture system. Traditionally, circular agriculture was considered as a closed loop cycling chain for the decomposition and utilization of wastes. Practically,circular agriculture is a network system consisting of nature, economy and society. So it should study the construction of circular agriculture using system theory. The case study of the circular agriculture in Xiushui, Bijie City showed that the circular agriculture system which was established on the basis of the system theory had the characteristics of coordination symbiosis and mutual support among organism, and coupling between ecological flow and value flow, realizing the effective unification of environment, economy and social profits.This system included three level subsystems: small circulatory system mainly composed of tobacco circular agriculture park, middle circulatory system mainly of tobacco circular agriculture zone, and large circulatory system connected external of circular agriculture zone. The target of small circulation system was to improve resource use efficiency and reduce waste discharge, the middle circulatory system combined circular agriculture park with circular agriculture district, and supplied energy each other. Large circulatory system contained subsystems of tobacco agriculture production, processing industry, consumption and living of resident. Three subsystems form a complete and closed eco-industrial network. |
