| 文章利用1990～2013年间的城镇居民食物消费数据，在对食物消费结构变动影响农业发展的机制 总结基础之上，利用VAR模型针对食物消费结构变动对农业总产值的影响进行了实证检验。检验的结果显 示:食物消费结构变动的确会对农业总产值的变化产生影响，并且不同食物消费对农业总产值产生影响的 程度与方向也存在差异。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based onthe urban residents' food consumption data from 1990-2013， this paper summarized the mech- anism that the change of food consumption structure impacting the agricultural development， and analyzed the dy- namic relationship between food consumption structure change and agriculture development using the VAR model from general impulse response and variance decomposition. The results showed that the change of structure of con- sumption of food affected the gross agricultural production， and the degree and direction of the influence were differ- ent. |
