大学生农业自主创业机会评价研究——以浙江省为例

摘要:

文章运用层次分析法，在构建浙江省农业创业机会评价层次结构模型基础上，使用Yaahp软件，评价与分析浙江省农业自然资源、农业文化资源、农业政策资源、农业金融政策资源及大学生农业自主创业政策资源5方面外部条件对大学生农业自主创业的影响。研究得出：农业政策倾向性明显，对大学生初始创业绩效不高；农业金融政策门槛过高，对大学生农业创业鼓励效果不显著；大学生自主创业政策针对性不强，对大学生农业自主创业扶持作用不明显。针对以上问题作者提出了改进建议，并认为浙江省农业自然资源多样、农村文化资源丰富，为大学生农业自主创业提供了广阔的空间。

Abstract:

Using the method of analytic hierarchy process and Yaahp software，this paper evaluated and analyzed the influence of external conditions on the agricultural self employment of college students in five aspects including agricultural natural resources，agricultural cultural resources，agricultural policy resources，agricultural financial policy resources and college students' agricultural policy resources on base of constructing the hierarchical structure model of agricultural entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation in Zhejiang provinceAnd the results were as follows：the tendency of agricultural policy was obvious which had little effect on setting up a business at the very beginning for college students；agricultural financial policy threshold was too high，and the encourage effect was not significant for college students' agricultural entrepreneurship；the rules of starting business were not aimed at college students，and the support for college students' agricultural independent entrepreneurship was not obvious as wellSome suggestions were put forward after this analysisBecause of plenty of natural resource and rural cultural background in Zhejiang，it could have much opportunity for students to start agricultural business indeed.
