重庆市农民家庭经营收入研究

摘要:

如何促进农民增收，提高农业生产水平是当前农业领域重点研究的问题。文章利用文献分析与定量方法，从收入总体情况、产业机构及区域性差异等3个层面对重庆市农民家庭收入的现状进行了细致分析。结果显示，农民家庭收入在全年总收入中占据主导地位，第一产业所在农民家庭经营收入的比重较大，农民家庭经营收入存在区域性差异。进一步明确了土地资源少质量低、农业产业结构单一化、合作社发展不规范及农业基础设施薄弱等影响农民家庭收入的关键因素。结合实地调研，从大力发展特色农业，注重品牌建设，推进“一村一品”战略实施，加快农业产业化经营；推进合作社规范化、规模化建设；加快推进农业基础设施建设，积极实施“沃土工程”；建立健全科学化的农产品市场体系与完善风险评估体系，建立农业生产保险等5个方面提出对策建议，旨在为今后政府部门制定相关政策提供一些参考。

How to promote the farmers' income and improve the level of agricultural production is the important hotspot in agricultural research fieldThe methods of literature analysis and the quantitative were adapted to analyze the income of peasant household in Chongqing city in terms of the general situation，industry organizations and regional differences in this paperThe results showed that the peasant household income was the main part in annual income，the proportion of primary industry in farmers' income was larger，there were regional differences in farmers household operation incomeCombining with field investigation，some suggestions were put forward，such as developing characteristic agriculture，paying attention to brand construction，promoting “one country one brand” strategy，speeding up agricultural industrialization，promoting cooperative standardization and scale construction；accelerating the agricultural infrastructure construction，and actively implementing the “fertile soil engineering”；establishing and perfecting the scientific system of agricultural products market and the risk assessment system，establishing agricultural insurance，and so onIt will provide some references for the relevant policies formulation of the government.
