典型油菜花旅游节生态资源比较优势研究

摘要:

油菜花是中国最传统、最乡野及最不起眼的象征，是全国各地区亟待开发的旅游资源。油菜花旅游节也成为观光的最佳去处，对典型油菜花旅游节的研究就显得尤为重要。文章以世界最大的自然天成花园（油菜种植园）罗平县为例，在大卫·李嘉图提出的比较优势理论的基础上，分析了罗平县举办油菜花旅游节的比较优势，主要为区位优势、文化优势、资源优势及政策优势等4个方面，在此基础上从政府引导、人才支撑、基础设施先行、宣传及时到位、信息平台构建等5个方面分析将罗平比较优势转化为竞争优势的战略选择，以期为相似地区旅游节的举办提供决策性建议。

Abstract:

Rape flower is a traditional tourism resources which needed to be developed in different areasRape tourism festival has become the best place for sightseeing，and thus the study of typical rape tourism festival is particularly importantTaking the world's largest natural garden（rapeseed plantation）Luoping county as an example，based on David Ricardo's theory of comparative advantage，this paper analyzed the comparative advantage in Luoping rape tourism festival，which mainly included the location advantage，cultural advantage，resources advantage and policy advantageAnd then it put forward the countermeasures to transform the comparative advantage to competitive advantage from five aspects，ie.，the guide of the government to strengthen the construction of market environment，setting up rape tourism talents system，constantly improving the infrastructure construction of rape tourism festival，improving positive publicity and the influence of rape tourism festival，and constructing information service platform to improve service qualityThe results can provide the decision-making advice for the development of tourism and expand the research field of comparative advantage theory.
