基于路径依赖的河南农业与旅游业融合发展研究

摘要:

农业与旅游业产业融合，是二者相互渗透、交叉，不断融合逐步成为一种新型产业的动态发展过程。产业融合是一个产业创新的过程，休闲农业与旅游业产业融合能够促进农业与旅游业的产业结构优化、增强产业核心竞争力，提高生产力，是地方经济持续健康发展的重要推动力。在休闲农业与旅游业产业融合的过程中，路径的选择尤为关键。文章从路径依赖理论出发，对路径依赖的运行机制与产业融合与路径依赖的关系进行了分析；探讨了河南农业旅游业融合过程中存在的路径闭锁效应，并从发展生态旅游、建立常态应对机制及开发特色产品的角度出发，以此实现产业融合的路径解锁。该文提出保护生态环境，发展生态旅游；成立企业或区域联盟组织，制定常态化的应对机制；开发特色农业休闲产品，引领消费行为等对策建议，以期加快河南休闲农业的融合过程，促进河南经济的健康与可持续发展。

The integration of agriculture and tourism industry was a dynamic development process of the two kinds of mutual penetration and integrationIndustry convergence was a industrial innovation process，and the leisure agriculture and tourism industry integration could promote agriculture and tourism industry structure optimization，enhance the core competitiveness of industries，improve productivityThe integration of agriculture and tourism industry was an important driving force of sustained and healthy development of local economyIn the process of the integration of leisure agriculture and tourism industry，the choice of path was particularly criticalBased on path dependence theory，this paper analyzed the running mechanism of path dependence and industry integration and path dependence relationshipIt also discussed the path blocking effect existing in the integration process of agriculture and tourism industry in Henan provinceIn order to unlock the path of industrial integration，developing eco-tourism，establishing the normal response mechanism and developing characteristics of products were put forwardSome suggestions such as protecting the ecological environment，developing of eco-tourism；establishing an enterprise or regional alliance organizations，developing a normalized response mechanism；developing characteristic agricultural leisure products，leading consumer behavior and other countermeasures were made to speed up the integration process of agriculture and tourism industry and promote the healthy and sustainable development of economy in Henan province.
