河北省农村区域经济差异显著性分析

摘要:

随着我国经济的不断发展，我国农村经济形势逐渐趋好，但是农村地区区域经济差异在很大程度上阻碍着农村经济的发展，故缩小农村地区经济差距成为我国农村区域经济政策的重点。文章以河北省为例，通过文献查阅，实地调研等方法对河北省农村地区区域经济发展现状以及相关区域经济理论进行深入分析。采用基尼系数法和综合差异指数模型对实际数据进行处理分析，结果表明，目前河北省境内农村地区区域经济差异呈现逐步扩大的趋势。该文分析了导致河北省农村区域经济差异逐步扩大的原因主要包括内自然资源分布不均、政策导向性显著、产业结构不合理等，通过并结合模型分析结果提出强化政府引导、加快农村地区产业结构调整，调整城镇化步伐等策略以缓解目前河北省农村地区区域经济发展差异逐步拉大的现状，进而为河北省社会主义新农村建设提供良好的基础。

Abstract:

With the economy continuous development，the rural economic situation become better，but there is still regional economic difference.Taking Hebei province as an example，this paper analyzed the regional economic development differences in rural areasusing the methods of literature review and field research.The Gini coefficient method and comprehensive index difference model were used to deal with the actual data.The results showed that at present，the regional economic disparities in rural areas of Hebei Province wasgradually enlarging due to unevendistribution of natural resources，uncoordinated regional economic development，and irrational industrial structure.On the basis of the status quo of rural areas in Hebei Province and combined with the relevant regional economic theory，it put forward some suggestions such as strengthening government guidance，accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure toreduce and balance the differences in regional economic development，and benefit for the construction of a new socialist countryside.
