城郊农村可持续发展指标体系构建及发展策略研究——以新乡市城郊农村为例

摘要:

城乡一体化是解决我国经济转型困难以及缩小城乡差距的重要途径，然而在实际推进过程中受到诸多因素的影响。文章通过实地调研及层次分析法，对河南省新乡市城郊农村地区经济发展现状进行研究，初步构建了城郊农村可持续发展指标体系，评价结果显示，目前影响河南省城郊农村地区可持续发展的主要因素为环境可持续发展及资源可持续利用。并针对指标评价结果从加强政府引导，强化政府监管；改善经济发展模式，提高资源利用率；加强培训力度，注重人才引进；转变农业生产方式，提高农业产业化水平；提高环保意识，注重生态效益等方面提出促进城郊农村可持续发展对策。

Abstract:

Urban-rural integration is an important measure to solve the problems in China′s economic transition and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas，which can be impacted by some factors in the practical process.The paper studied the current situation of suburban countryside′s economy development in Xinxiang city，Henan province by the combination of hierarchical analysis and practical investigation research method.On the basis，the index system of suburban countryside′s sustainable development was preliminarily constructed.The results showed that，the main impact factors in the suburban countryside′s sustainable development were the sustainable development of the environment and resources.At the same time，on the basis of analyzing the indicator system，some suggestions referring the index system were put forward，such as strengthening government guidance and supervision，improving the economic development mode and raising resource utilization，strengthening the training and paying attention to the introduction of the talent，transforming the mode of agricultural production and improving the level of agricultural industrialization，raising the awareness of environmental protection and paying attention to ecological benefits，etc.It will promote the realizing of suburban countryside′s sustainable development.
