基于可持续发展视角的农业循环经济研究——以河南为例

摘要:

随着我国可持续农业的不断改革，农业发展也趋于生态化，循环型农业经济体系的构建为贯彻可持续发展的战略目标奠定一定的基础。文章以河南省为例，结合农村循环经济发展的特点，建立了纳入自然资源投放量的经济增长模型，模型指出生产经济增长中的技术和劳动增长数、资本增长数、自然资源投放增长数对经济增长都有着决定性的影响。同时，该文根据模型对河南省得循环型农业经济进行了深入的研究，并提出河南省发展可持续循环农业经济的对策措施，为促进河南省农业稳定快速发展提供参考。

Abstract:

With the continuous reform of agriculture in China，the agricultural economy is constantly developing，and the appearance of agriculture has changed a lot.The construction of circular agricultural economy system is the basis for the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development.Based on the perspective of sustainable development strategy，the development of agricultural recycling economy can effectively improve the level of agricultural modernization in China′s current agricultural economic system.Taking Henan province as an example，combined with the characteristics of rural economic development cycle，this paper established the economic growth model of natural resource allocation，and explored the effective countermeasures for the development of circular economy to promote the rapid development of agriculture in Henan province stability.
