基于互联网思维的河南农业经济研究

摘要:

随着我国经济快速发展，传统农业经营方式已经不能适应现代农业发展的需求。因此，加快农业转型升级，利用互联网手段改造农业全产业链，进而实现农业产业模式的根本变革具有重要意义。文章调研了基于互联网思维的河南省农业经济发展现状，分析了互联网的应用在河南省农业经济发展中存在的主要问题，并提出了完善互联网基础设施建设，促进农业经济思维模式转变；强化思维引导，提高农民对于互联网应用能力；加强政策扶持，鼓励互联网科技在农业中应用；加强人才引进，促进互联网思维在农业经济当中应用；转变营销模式，促进网络营销；完善农村物流和金融服务体系；鼓励大学生，外出务工人员返乡进行互联网创业等方面可行性对策，以期为河南省互联网农业经济的快速发展提供参考。

Abstract:

Along with the fast development of China′s economy，the traditional agricultural management way cannot adapt to the requirement of modern agricultural development.Therefore，speeding up the transformation and promotion of the agriculture and transforming the industrial chain by the internet is of great significance to realize the fundamental change of the agricultural industry mode.Based on the current situation of the agricultural economy development in Henan province，the paper pointed out the main problems existing in the internet of the agricultural economy development.And it put forward countermeasures from seven aspects，such as perfecting infrastructure construction of the internet and promoting the change of the agricultural economic′ thinking mode，improving the ability of farmers for the internet applications，strengthening the policy support and encouraging internet technology application in agriculture，reinforcing the talent introduction and promoting the internet thinking′s application in the agricultural economy，changing the marketing model and promoting the network marketing，perfecting the rural logistics and financial service system，encouraging college students and migrant workers to return home for the internet business，etc.
