四川省农业循环经济发展的现状及对策

摘要:

发展低碳经济与循环经济是我国实现农业全面化现代化的重要途径。文章通过实地调查与文献分析法对四川省农业资源的情况进行概述，在此基础上总结四川省发展农业循环经济的3种发展模式。挖掘在发展农业循环经济中存在的农业自然资源制约经济发展、生态环境日益恶化、循环经济技术水平薄弱、发展农业循环经济成本较高、农村劳动力匮乏等瓶颈问题。并提出提高耕地质量、改善生态环境，建立农业循环经济发展专项资金，努力提高农业循环经济的科技水平，建立健全农业循环经济服务体系，加强农业循环经济治污理念等加快四川发展农业循环经济的对策措施，以期为四川省及其他地区发展农业循环经济提供理论参考与借鉴。

Abstract:

As an important way to realize the modernization of agriculture in our country,the development of circular economy should follow the standardization, industrialization and scale of production. In this study, the methods of field survey and literature analysis were adopted to study the situation of agricultural resources in Sichuan province, the advantages and disadvantages of agricultural resources were analyzed, and three development models of the agricultural recycling economy in Sichuan province were put forward. The problems existing in the development of circular economy of agriculture were described, such as agricultural natural resources constraint, ecological environment worsening, weak technical level of circular economy, and the high cost of the agricultural circular economy, and so on. Finally, some suggestions to speed up the development of circular agricultural economy in Sichuan were put forward, such as improving the quality of cultivated land, improving the ecological environment, establishing special funds for agricultural development of circular economy, improving the level of science and technology of the agricultural circular economy, establishing a perfect service system of agricultural recycling economy, and strengthening pollution control concept of agricultural circular economy. It will provide some theoretical referencesfor the development of agricultural circular economy in Sichuan province and other regions.
