我国低碳乡村旅游问题及功能探析

摘要:

作为一种环境友好型的新型发展模式，低碳模式在我国经济可持续发展中具有重要作用。文章利用文献分析及统计数据方法对我国低碳旅游发展现状及问题进行分析。同时按照“发现问题-核心功能-机制保障”的总体思路提出低碳乡村旅游的构建模式。结果认为：目前，我国低碳乡村游中存在的主要问题有景点重复单一； 缺乏专业旅游人才，管理着水平不高； 低碳旅游意识较差等。在核心功能构建方面，提出了休闲功能、教育功能、保护功能、体验功能的构建思路。并从建立反馈与补偿机制； 提高从业人员素质； 培养游客低碳意识，积极推广低碳技术以及设计产异化乡村旅游产品，突出地方特色等方面提出具体对策措施。

Abstract:

As a new environment-friendly development model, the low-carbon mode plays an important role in the sustainable development of economy in China. This article analyzed the current situation and problems of low-carbon rural tourism using the methods of literature analysis and statistics. Then it put forward the construction mode of low-carbon rural tourism. The results showed that the main problems in the construction of rural tourism function including single tourism attractions, the lack of specialized tourist talents, low management level, poor low carbon tourism awareness. At the same time, it put forward the ideas to construct the rural tourism core function from the leisure function, education function, protection function and experience function. At last, it put forward some countermeasures including establishing the feedback and compensation mechanism, improving the quality of the practitioners, training tourists in low carbon consciousness, actively promoting low-carbon technologies, designing production dissimilation rural tourism products, and highlighting the local characteristics, etc.
