文章采用层次分析法,对南京农业生态旅游资源的自身价值、生态环境条件、旅游开发条件等3个方面的20个评价指标进行综合评价,通过构造两两比较的判断矩阵,结合实地调查分析、专家评分等方法确定评价指标体系的权重值与评价得分,构建农业生态旅游资源加权求和多指标综合评价模型,并对南京市主要农业生态旅游景区进行评价。研究发现:(1)从子目标层来看,资源系统价值的权重值最大,其次是生态环境评价系统,而旅游开发评价系统的权重值最低。(2)从项目层来看,生态环境质量权重值最大,其次是农事体验价值,再次是生态环境保护,而权重最小的是区域经济条件。(3)从指标层来看,参与性这一指标的权重值最高,农业生态旅游参与性设计是一个重要的闪光点。(4)采用南京农业生态旅游资源评价模型对南京市市区主要的生态农业资源进行评价,发现除汤山森林生态旅游农业区为2级外,大多数处在3级、4级,且这些景区得分差别不是很大。南郊森林生态旅游农业区排在最后,这主要是由于其农事体验项目不足造成的。 |

THE CONSTRUCTION AND ANALYSIS OF ECOTOURISM AGRICULTURE RESOURCE EVALUATION MODEL |

To establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation model of eco-tourism resources is important to promote the development of ecological agriculture, accelerate agricultural modernization,and achieve a comprehensive well-off goal. This paper evaluated their own value of agricultural eco-tourism resources, ecological environment, and tourism development conditions, based on 20evaluation indexes, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. And then it built a comprehensive evaluation model of agricultural eco-tourism resources using pairwise comparison judgment matrix and combining with field survey analysis and expert scoring to determine the weights of evaluation index system and evaluation score, and evaluated the main agricultural eco-tourism region. The results showed that: (1) the resource system had the largest weight value, followed by the ecological environment evaluation system, and the weight value of tourism development was the lowest.(2) the largest weight value was the ecological environment quality, the second was farming experience, the third was the ecological environment protection, and the last was the regional economic conditions. (3) the weight value of the participation was the highest which indicated that the agricultural ecological tourism participatory design was important.(4) through the evaluation of Nanjing agricultural eco-tourism resources model, only the forest eco-tourism agricultural region of Tangshan was in grade 2, most regions were in grade 3 and 4. The south forest eco-tourism agricultural area ranked in the end due to the inadequate farming experience. |
