四川省休闲农业成本效益分析——以苍溪县陵江镇为例

摘要:

休闲农业作为旅游业的一种新型经济增长方式正发展较为迅速。文章利用成本效益分析方法，以四川省苍溪县陵江镇为研究对象，对休闲农业的成本和效益进行估算和界定。结果表明：陵江镇休闲农业总效益（WE）与总成本（WC）的比值（ECR）为143＞1，说明总体收入是大于成本投入的，陵江镇休闲农业总体大展取得一定成效。在上述研究成果的基础上，提出资源成本与经济成本投入并重、实现文化效益和生态效益最大化是四川省发展休闲农业的主要节本举措。

Abstract:

Leisure agriculture as a new type of economic growth pattern of tourism develops rapidly. Using the cost efficiency analysis method, taking Qingning village of Sichuan province as the research object, this paper defined and estimated the cost and efficiency of leisure agriculture in Qingning village. The results showed: the ost ratio (ECR) of the efficiency (WE) and whole cost (WO) was 1.43, which meant that the overall efficiency was greater than the whole cost, and the Qingning village had achieved certain results to develop leisure agriculture. However, there were still some problems in the leisure agriculture development in Lingjiang town. Finally, it put forward related countermeasures from strengthening government guidance, increasing policy support, and maximizing ecological and cultural benefits, etc.
