[目的]在农业部“控制农业用水总量”的明确要求下,河北省试点实施了冬小麦种植结构调整,减少冬小麦种植面积。为快速监测与评估结构调整政策的实施效果,解决大尺度冬小麦种植结构变化监测中精度与成本相互制约的问题。[方法]该研究以河北省冀州市为例,利用国产高分一号卫星(以下简称“GF-1”)2m全色、8m和16m多光谱卫星数据,对全市冬小麦种植面积及种植结构变化情况进行监测,并结合高分辨率卫星数据(0.5m分辨率Pleiades数据)计算关于GF-1数据监测结果的修正系数,从而提高监测精度。[结果]研究认为,与2m/8m分辨率的GF-1融合数据相比,系数修正后的16m分辨率GF-1数据在冬小麦种植结构监测与评价业务化运行工作中更具优势。基于16m GF-1数据的监测结果显示, 2015年冀州市冬小麦种植结构与2014年相比变化明显,种植面积总体呈增长趋势。[结论]种植结构空间变化具有异质性,其中,冀州市北部冬小麦种植面积保持基本稳定,中部地区呈集中减少趋势,南部地区呈集中增加趋势。冬小麦种植结构变化的主要原因是受到棉花种植面积减少,以及种植习惯、种植模式变化等因素的影响。 |

APPLICATION OF "GAOFEN-1" SATELLITE DATA IN THE EVALUATION OF EFFECT OF PLANTING PATTERN ADJUSTMENT ON WINTER WHEAT——A CASE IN JIZHOU OF HEBEI PROVINCE |

According to the claim of "controlling the total amount of agricultural water" by Ministry of Agriculture, Hebei province carried on a work of adjusting planting pattern of winter wheat to reduce its planting area. Based on the data of "GaoFen-1" 2 m panchromatic, 8 m and 16 m multispectral satellite, this paper monitored the changes of winter wheat planting pattern in Jizhou, Hebei province, and calculated the area correction coefficient of the monitoring results to improve the accuracy. The results showed that: "Gaofen-1" 16 m resolution data was better than the fusion data of 2 m and 8 m resolution in monitoring the changes of winter wheat planting pattern. Compared with 2014, the planting area showed an increasing trend in Jizhou in 2015, but the spatial variation of the planting pattern was different in different areas. The planting area of winter wheat in the northern part of Jizhou remained basically stable, which showed a trend of decrease in the central region, and a trend of increase in the southern region. The factors, such as the decrease of cotton planting area and the change of cropping habit and cropping system, etc., resulted in the change of the planting pattern of winter wheat. |
